Internet has unlimited possibilities. Internet gave people the opportunity to receive the latest news, gossip, information about idols. Play a very interesting and exciting on-line games. Сomputers produce other machines in the factories. Today the constantly increasing demand for intellectual work. Humanity has reached a level of development when most of the GDP of developed countries is not achieved at the expense of mechanical engineering, mining or agriculture, but due to computer technology and all that is connected with them. Today, any modern profession uses the computer. Secretary, accountant, analyst, writer, director, producer, civil servants, police, ticket seller, doctors, teachers and others use computer technology in their work.
Thus, the advantages of the computer technology is of course very much. But there are significant drawbacks. Undoubtedly, many have significantly increased their horizons, but the physical condition of many injured. Gradually we forget about the sport and physical activity. Many people (especially students) prefer to sit for long hours at a computer desk than a walk in the fresh air, and not even aware of the harm they are causing themselves. The main adverse factors affecting the health status of the people working at the computer — a sitting position for a long time; — the impact of electromagnetic radiation monitor; — vision impairment; — overloading joints of the hands; — stress at a loss of information.
However, these negative factors do not scare people — mankind has steadily deepened in the electronic-computer era.
