In modern society it is difficult to imagine life and functioning of this society without information technologies. Now, in the twenty first century, information technologies are defining as in life of separately taken person, and society in general. The person possesses a large amount of skills and knowledge, the more he is appreciated in all spheres (as the employee, as the interlocutor, as the personality). To a dress a human and material resource, information (a resource non-material) – became one of the most important resources of management of modern society and its functioning. Therefore it is safely possible to draw a conclusion that information technologies in modern society play a key role.
